I'm a Los Angeles native and Taiwanese American food blogger with a passion for plant-based living! By day, I work in supply chain management; by night, I’m a digital creator sharing my culinary journey. On my blog, you’ll find delicious Asian-inspired recipes that are nutritious and full of flavor. As a boba and noodles enthusiast, I’m on a mission to explore my Taiwanese roots through food—often with inspiration from my mom’s kitchen.
When I’m not cooking or trying out new restaurants, you can find me playing VR with my boyfriend.

About Me
My plant-based journey began in 2022 during my college years. Surprisingly, my boyfriend went vegan first (that’s him in the picture with the cow when we visited the Gentle Barn Sanctuary!) After watching documentaries like Cowspiracy and The Game Changers, I was inspired to join him. These films opened my eyes to the benefits of veganism for animals, our health, the environment, and people. Transitioning to a plant-based lifestyle was easier than I expected, thanks to the abundance of vegan products and my mom’s willingness to adapt her Taiwanese recipes to fit my new way of eating. Now, I love veganizing the dishes I grew up with and exploring the incredible flavors that plants have to offer. I also love to travel and explore new vegan restaurants!
